COVID-19 Advisory (September 2020)
While our office door remains locked during regular business
hours, we have made changes to accommodate our tenants, prospects,
and owners to maintain the highest quality of service.
In our digital world, very little has changed how we conduct business:
~Email, Phone, BUILDIUM portal, digital pictures, etc. limit the need for office contact.
~Our office has a 24/7 drop box for those still using Rent Checks, returning keys, etc.
~We have established a process for key pick up at the property for new tenants.
~If a vendor needs to service your property; please allow them in & allow them to work at a distance.
If there is any question about the task they are doing, the technicians will call our office.
Thank you for your understanding and we hope this will limit any COVID-19 exposure.
