COVID-19 Advisory (March 2020)
We are concerned for the health and safety of our Owners, Tenants and Vendors, and we want to inform you of the ways we are working to mitigate the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).
In addition to increased hygiene awareness (hand washing), we are doing what we can to limit contact between staff, vendors, tenants, & owners where able and where “REASONABLE”.
In our digital world, very little will change how we conduct business:
~Email, Phone, BUILDIUM portal, digital pictures, etc. will limit contact at the office.
~Our office has a 24/7 drop box for those still using Rent Checks, returning keys, etc.
~If a vendor needs to service your property; allow them in & allow them to work. If there is any question about the task they are there to do, the technicians will call our office.
*If you do visit the office, please limit children and pets from accompanying you inside.
